On Wednesday February 14, the Headmaster of Bogotá's Lycée Pasteur, Mr. Maxime Prieto, was awarded the Cross of Boyacà, the country's highest distinction, by the Colombian Head of State, Mr. Gustavo Petro.

The President of the Republic praised the school's qualities and merits, and established it as a symbol of Franco-Colombian academic and cultural cooperation.

The French Ambassador to Colombia, Frédéric Doré, and the Regional Director of the AEFE, Régis Raufat, were also on hand to celebrate the decoration of the school, which celebrates its 90th anniversary this year.
